Mr. Riaz Fatyana, Member National Assembly and Convener SDGs met Professor Nusrat Husain and shared with him the Decriminilization Bill, which he presented to the parliament on his return from the Royal College of Psychiatrist, London, UK, meeting held on 11th September 2019. This was to mark the World Suicide Prevention Day and discuss the Pakistan Suicide Prevention Strategy.
As part of NIHR Proposal and Partnership Development Award (PPDA) funding, Professor Nusrat Husain met with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) team to discuss collaboration in global mental health research.
