Dr. Anil Gumber
Over the last 30 years Anil has been actively involved in research issues on health and wellbeing. He undertook both national and international level policy and advocacy research studies in areas including, public health and nutrition, population diversity and inequalities in health, economic evaluation of health interventions, health care financing and insurance in developing countries. He has undertaken several consultation projects funded by the World Bank, UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, IDRC, WHO, DFID, ESRC and NHS. Anil also has over one hundred research papers and reports to his credit.
Dr Anil Gumber joined Sheffield Hallam University in 2012 as Principal Health Economist. Over the last three decades Anil has been actively involved in research issues on health and wellbeing. He has undertaken several consultation projects funded by many organisations including the World Bank and the NHS.
