About Moving on ABC
Moving on ABC is an innovative psychosocial training program developed by the Pakistan Institute of Living and Learning (PILL) to address the mental health needs of breast cancer survivors. With 12 structured sessions over four months, it focuses on reducing depression and anxiety, improving self-esteem, and fostering a better quality of life.
